How this affects our reviews

Commissions never buy a better review. Our ratings, pros and cons reflect our genuine, hands-on assessment of each tool. We include tools we think are worth your time, and we are happy to point out weaknesses even for products that pay us a commission. If a tool is bad, we say so.
